"Felt like the tickets were never really there"
The site kept saying tickets were available, but every time I clicked through, they were either suddenly gone or some random error popped up. I tried a few times thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but it mostly felt like I was chasing something that was never actually there. It was frustrating because buying seats should feel exciting, not like you’re wasting your afternoon on a glitchy loop.

I was kind of bouncing between a few different ticket sites, just trying to find seats that didn’t feel overpriced, and TicketSqueeze ended up having the better price for what I wanted. The fees showed up before checkout too, which was nice because I hate when it’s like... suddenly way more at the end. Anyway, the tickets came through fine and I paid less than I thought I would. So yeah, happy with it overall...

"Seats were okay, but the map needs to be more accurate"
The tickets worked fine and we got in without any issues, but the seats weren’t quite what I thought I was buying based on the map. The view was still decent, so it didn’t ruin the event, but the seating details should be shown more clearly before checkout. If customers are choosing seats from a map, the company needs to be accountable for making sure that map matches the actual experience.

Grabbed my tickets without any hassle, and the whole checkout probably took about two minutes. It felt like they may have recently cleaned up the process or something, because it was quicker than I expected.

I bought concert tickets last minute and was a little nervous about whether they’d arrive in time... I’ve had delays with stuff like this before, so I was kind of expecting to stress over it.
But they showed up in my email way faster than I thought, like just a few minutes after placing the order. I didn’t have to message anyone or keep refreshing all day, which was a relief.
Getting into the venue was totally smooth too. Overall, I was really happy with how quick and easy it was, and I’d use ticketsqueeze again
"Transfer took forever..."
I bought the tickets the transfer process was not smooth at all. I kept checking my email over and over, wondering if something was wrong? It did come through in the end, thankfully, but the wait was way longer than expected and made the whole thing feel unnecessarily stressful!

"Support replied, but yeah, it took a while"
I had to reach out twice about my tickets, the first response took almost a full day. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but when you’re waiting on ticket stuff, it kind of feels longer than it is.
Once they finally got back to me, the person was polite and did fix the issue, so I appreciated that. I just wish they were a bit quicker with updates, especially when the event is coming up soon. Overall, not bad, just average support.

It did get sorted in the end, but the cancellation process was a bit slower than I expected. I had to cancel my tickets and spent more time waiting for a reply than I would’ve liked, which made it kind of stressful. Not a terrible experience overall, just could’ve been quicker

"Refund process was a headache"
I tried to get a refund after my event details changed, and it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected.
Every time I contacted support, I got these short, generic replies that just sent me back to the same policy page. It really felt like there wasn’t a real person there actually reading what I was saying.
After waiting several days, I still didn’t get a clear answer or any real help. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself using Ticket Squeeze again.

I found some decent tickets and thought the price was going to be reasonable, but the service fees at checkout were way higher than I expected. It kind of took the excitement out of it for me

Got my tickets, but was nervous at first. Barcode and some of the info looked kind of off, so wasn’t totally sure they were legit. They did scan fine at the venue, but the whole process felt unclear and a bit sketchy. Probably wouldn’t use again.

I used ticketsqueeze.com one time, and to be fair, the tickets did come through. But I’m the kind of person who starts noticing little patterns when something feels off, and a few things didn’t sit right with me — especially how the price shifted once the fees showed up.
It wasn’t a disaster and I wouldn’t call it a scam based on my experience, but the whole process gave me that “hmm, why does this feel sketchy?” feeling. Next time I’ll probably stick with a site I recognize more, just for peace of mind.

I did get my tickets in the end, so that was a relief, lol. But the communication could’ve been better. I had to wait a bit for replies and wasn’t always sure what was happening with my order. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of stressful until the tickets finally came through. I’d maybe use them again, but only if I had plenty of time before the event

I ended up buying my tickets about 2 hours before the show, i kind of regretted waiting that long because I was definitely stressing. Luckily, checkout was super easy and the tickets came through quickly. Got in with no issues at all, which was a huge relief. I’d use Ticket Squeeze again for sure.
